I'm a biomedical engineer working at the intersection of real-world evidence, AI, and computational biology. I'm currently a Global Customer Insights Associate Lead at Novo Nordisk GBS, where I work with patient-level data and build GenAI and agentic AI workflows for insight generation.
I did my M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering at IIT Bombay (CPI 9.57/10), where my thesis with Prof. Prakriti Tayalia used bulk RNA-seq and machine learning to diagnose four autoimmune diseases from blood transcriptomes. Work from that thesis is in a manuscript that is currently submitted.
Before my current role, I spent three years at Blue Matter Consulting on real-world evidence and analytics in oncology, including a framework across 8 study designs for a first-in-class targeted therapy and a 43-page internal guide to RWE methods.
For a PhD, I want to work on causal inference with observational health data; machine learning for disease diagnosis and prediction from omics data; computational approaches to drug safety.

RNA-seq analysis and AI models for diagnosis of autoimmune diseases
Supervisor: Prof. Prakriti Tayalia
I built a bulk RNA-seq pipeline on public PBMC samples from four autoimmune diseases and healthy controls, then trained classifiers to tell each disease apart from its blood transcriptome. The ANN reached an AUC of 0.97 for rheumatoid arthritis on an external test set.

An analysis of Lamin A/C and SUN2 expression in TCGA breast cancer against survival, nodal stage, and molecular subtype, including a survival cut-off analysis.

2D QSAR classification model for hERG channel inhibition
Supervisor: Prof. J Sivaraman
A 2D QSAR classifier that flags compounds likely to block the hERG channel, a common cause of drug cardiotoxicity. Models were selected for sensitivity and AUC rather than accuracy, because a missed blocker costs more than a false alarm.
